Groom To Be Deluxe Velvet Top Hat

Groom To Be Deluxe Velvet Top Hat is made of cotton and polyester black velveteen with polyethylene foam and wire to help keep it's shape. Hat also has an adjustable Velcro strip inside head band for the perfect fit. Front of hat has "GROOM TO BE..." in white embroidered stitching and a silver metal female silhouette under the stitching. Hat measures approximately 6.5" high x 13" wide (at brim).
